User can create its profile and can edit it. User will login in the support system via register email id. User can create a ticket through system. User can select a department through drop box menu. User can enter its message or concern. User can attach an attachment. User can set the priority of the ticket. User will get a ticket number or Ticket link on its email or can see it on view ticket in system. User can see all reply and ticket status of the ticket. User can reopen the ticket through system. Agent App (Web): Agent will login in app via given login credential. Agent will make its profile and can edit it. Agent can see previous and New ticket. Agent can change the priority of the ticket. Agent can reply or assign ticket ticket to fellow agent. Agent can attach an attachment in message system. Agent can see the status of ticket. Agent can change the status of the ticket. Agent can loop in senior agent. Admin: Admin will login in portal through given login credential. Admin can add/edit/delete any user/agent. Admin can view open/closed/solved tickets. Admin can reply to any chat or give comment on it. Admin can assign or loop any agent in the ticket. Admin can see the report of tickets. Number of open ticket in the week/month. Admin can see the number of open ticket in particular department
