Need someone who can make a signup form for us embed it into our existing website layout and also make an admin panel that we can see all the people who signup from that form (we need it simple for the admin) just a way to view signups and mark them as ENROLLED OR DENIED when someone first signs up before we complete our manual verification it will automatically be a status of pending... Pretty simple project and need someone who can complete this task tonight there is much more work to be done but this will be the start of what I hope to be a long term project relationship!
