Change php script image edit/processing

Dear Freelancer,
I am looking for freelancer who can make some changes to a php-script that allows a user to crop a photo.
You can see a working script on:

Upload a photo, crop the photo in a 2:2 ratio & press the "crop" button.
I have added the source-code as an attached zip-file.

Please edit the script for me to create the following functions:
When uploading a photo:
If the image is larger then 1200 px on the short side of the image -> resize uploaded image proportionally to 1200 px on the short side.
If the image is not larger then 1200 px on the sort side of the image -> don't resize image
If the cropped area is larger then 1080 x 1080 -> resize the cropped area to 1080x1080 px
If the cropped area is smaller then 1080 x 1080 -> don't resize the image.
Add a watermark to the cropped image
Save the image to a (sub)folder.
