I have already made some plugin for my clients, please consider a visit to my portfolio. I will make the plugin this way: Activating plugin, it will create a menu on your admin dashboard. In that menu you will get different option and all you need to do is just input the value. This value option can accept hexadecimal values of color and you can specify the font-size values.
