Dear Freelancers,
We are looking for an Experienced Professional that can set up a Bulk SMS API on our domain in a special folder. Kindly see the integration documents in the links below.

Objectives:
1. Complete API to start testing with Platform Provider as expressed in the documentation.
2. Set up at least 3 short codes numbers (short codes will be provided by the Platform Provider on request) after successful testing
Features:
1. Password Protected Folder: The API will be housed in a password protected folder on our domain.
2. Easy Platform that allows admin to send bulk SMS.
3. An organized log that allows admin to see how many SMSs have been sent or received by each short-code.
4. Random number creator that will create random telephone numbers which will be used by the Bulk SMS API.
5. This Feature is mentioned in the documentation, however I feel it is necessary to stress the importance of having an auto reply that is keyword based. As stated in the documentation. If someone sends a message with a specific keyword the script should auto reply based on a prepared response for that target keyword. It is important within your script that you allow admin an easy functionality to add keyword auto replies for each short code. (Please note that the following messages once received “stop” or “unsubscribe” must unsubscribe the user and a confirmation message telling the user that he has been unsubscribed must be sent).
Server Credentials:
We will provide server credentials and or other necessary details to the winning bid upon request.
Terms and Conditions:
1. We will set up escrow (Milestone) as required by freelancer rules.
2. We will not advance pay or partial release the milestone until the project has been satisfactorily completed.
3. Platform Provider will determine if testing has been satisfactorily completed before we proceed to Short Code integration.
