Building a e-commerce website selling Framed Art and Posters

Hi,
I am looking to do a e commerce website selling framed wall art and poster, canvas print and clock.
For Framed Wall Art, the customer must be able to choose these options:
1) Size
2) Frame
3) Colour of Frame
The photo will change accordingly to the options when the customer choose it.
Something like this:

As for the clock, I will need the clock frame and minute hand colour to change accordingly to option customer choose.
Something like this:

As for the canvas, I will have split canvas: For example, the photo must be able to split into the different canvas when i upload my photo. Please see the link below as example.
