Build a website

I need some estimate to build a website. It's about contacting the company for an online tutor, registering on the website, scheduling or requesting demo classes etc. It should just be showcase of the business and nothing else. I do not have any images or extensive content as of now except the attached document and might need help to put them too. It is for a start up company with low budget. Please bid only in case you have prior experience of delivering an educational website end to end. The Website needs to be built using the lower end free technologies like PHP, MySQL or any other relevant in the market. What I need currently - (a) 8-10 web pages describing how and why of online learning. (b) contents of each course. (c) sample video lessons. (d) No separate login for teachers or cannot post their own courses as mentioned in the [login to view URL]; it will just be a static content about the course, hours, sample video and contact us details. (e) The home page should be designed to highlight any newly introduced course or information about a new batch under a specific course. It can be dynamically updated as and when the admin feels. I also need at least 6 months of maintenance for enhancements on the fly.
