My wife and I have two cottages that we rent out on AirBnB and HomeAway. We wish to create a website that will be both beautiful, engaging (online booking platform) and interactive (guests are able to share their reviews of the properties, perhaps post their pics of their stay.
We currently have a website but it's dated, boring and uninspiring. [login to view URL]
It needs to be replaced (using the same url).
Both cottages need to be featured equally so both names need to be featured on the front page 'Diamond Island Retreat' & 'Diamond Island Retreat TOO'. The other aspect that needs to be promoted heavily is that both cottages can be rented out at the same time to extended family groups or young families.
We often use the expression, '....where memories are made'
We have quite a few photos (you can find both cottages on HomeAway & AirBnB) located under their cottage names and in Bicheno Tasmania. I can also send these pics fro my computer.
The simple layout of our current website needs to be rejigged and made to be far more visually interesting than what we currently have but we also need to get the information we have already, included.
We need a 'private' booking platform where guests can book directly with us by seeing the booking vacancies from the HomeAway calendar and choosing vacancies according to their needs. This may be merely a messaging service with the dates required (after viewing the calendar) and requesting to book.
We'd love our cottages to be linked to any search engine for the terms 'Bicheno'; 'Bicheno accommodation' 'East Coast Tasmania'; East Coast Tasmania accommodation'; 'Diamond Island'; 'Tasmania accommodation'
The final product needs to be optimised for mobile phones as well as to the best search engines.
The entire site must be accessible and editable by me after the project has been completed to allow me to update prices, add features and promotions, etc.
