Build a Website

I need a private Stock Photo website where members only can view, download and upload the content, with database management in order to proper catalogue the photos. Also a main page only to advertise what we do, also with the space to put login and password. This is how it will work: The user will register with his data, I will then approve or not the registration. After approved, the user will be able to upload photos to the website, also filling some database information. The large format photo is stored and a 1600px photo is displayed to whoever has a "Customer" account (these accounts I will give to my customers). When a customer do a search according to the databse paramethers, he can find the photos on a thumbnail sequence and pick the one that best fits the article they are working on. I am then notified that such photo will be used on Magazine X page 58 and that X dollars will be paid for it. The photographer who uploaded the photo will access the same information. The site will charge a comission to be the middle man. Design is whatever is simple and quick. The only thing that could be tricky is that the thumbnail must be placed inside a sqared "box" as some photos are horizontal, some are vertical and some are squared. The most important thing here is that the search engine works. When a photographer uploads, there will be some fixed paramethers he MUST fill and also about 100 tickboxes he can fill or leave it blank to best describe the photo. Example: Does the photo have the sun or the moon as background? He can mark the appropriate tickbox and that muist be searcheable. Also there is a "CODE" that must be added to all photos, kinjda like a licence plate of a car. Many photos of many photographers can have the same "CODE" and this code when given will prompt the autofill to complete some of the data already on the database. To finish, each photo will have its own unique "ID" for the website database and on the Profile of the photographer, it is possible to see what photos were published and where.
