I have created enquiry contact form that pops up on button click. I have created it in javascript, on clicking button after filling input fields like name, age, contact etc , it sends this info to one url. Thats it. Now I want you to create a widget, which can be used in any php or asp.net websites. So on just adding widget link to body tag of page, our form will show up with passing input fields info to url on button click. Ask me on chat for ready contact form demo url.
