Build me a trigger for [login to view URL] to send email with Sendgrid / Javascript

What we would like you to do, is to create a code that triggers [login to view URL] to sendgrid. We will send you the template aswell as the codehooks to link this up. So a lot of the work has been done. [login to view URL] has to send the trigger as soon as sendgrid send the notification that an entity has clicked on the mail. After this, sendgrid should send the template mail with the information in it.
