I need a webpage of 6 pages. They need to have a similar look and feel to two other websites within the franchise. I will provide all of the content and photos as well. I need one of the pages to have a form that potential clients can fill out and e-mail to the office for us to contact them. I need a locator map from google as well on one of the pages.
