BUILD A SERVICE TO COLLECT SIGNATURES THROUGH CELLPHONE SCREEN

Hello, We need to develop a service or integration to be called via a link, which will inform a code provided via the GET / POST command from a PHP application. This command should: 1) Generate a link to collect a signature from the recipient of this link. 2) link the code / record provided by the originating application to a subscription that must be made through the mobile phone screen by the link receiver. 3) After the signature is collected, the image must be saved in the application and sent via a GET / POST command in JPG or PNG format. 4) The Application must record the source IP and geolocation information and other device information where the signature has been made. 5) The application should return this code informed in the request input, along with the image and information collected through step 4. This signature image will be applied to a contract which must be digitally signed by the link receiver on an existing PHP system that dynamically assembles the contract.
