I need an online adaptive quiz. the quiz should collect user info (name, surname, email and cell number) and then present 100 multiple choice questions to the user. from a question bank of 200 questions. In the background, a variable "score" should increase with each correct answer. The quiz will be divided into 10 parts. Each part will have 10 questions. After each part, the user will be congratulated on their progress and encouraged to continue. The quiz will adapt to the value of the variable "score" after the 50th question. If the user has a Score of less than 25, they will be given questions 51-100. If the user has a Score of between 25 and 40, they will be given questions 101-150 If the user has a Score of more than 40, they will be given questions 151-200 at the end of the quiz, the user will see a thank you screen. the answers and score will be saved to a spreadsheet which I can download. I have already created a version of this test on TYPEFORM, but it is very slow, and doesn't work on iphones for some reason. you can check out the test here: [login to view URL] It would be nice if i could put this quiz into my wordpress website. but not essential.
