BUILD A INVENTORY SOFTWARE FOR GRANITE PROCESSING UNIT

I own and manage an 18 year old IT company and have an inhouse team of developers working for me. We have developed custom inventory softwares. Also I have a chemical manufacturing unit and am very familiar with the concept of inventory management. I have read the broad overview of the requirements and am very confident of delivering well. I wish to know when you say software for Windows, do you want a client - server / desktop application? I also need detailed requirements - flow, forms, fields, reports. Maybe scans of manual documents etc. may help. We can also discuss on chat. Once I am clear on the requirements, I will be able to assess scope of work precisely. I will revise my bid accordingly.
