Build a database to compile data and present statistical results

[login to view URL] is a free personality test website. The test looks at 4 different components, the 4 components are (E/I, T/F, S/N and J/P). Each person will be one of the 4 components, giving rise to 16 different combinations. (Example, ETSJ, or ETSP or IFSJ, etc.) Furthermore, the test looks at their strength in each component (ie. 90%E, 85%T, 55%S, 60%J) Every result is always 50% or higher in each of the 4 categories (E/I, T/F, S/N and J/P), because if they were less than 50% they would switch over to the other category. For example. 55%E = 45%I. 90%T = 10% F. So if someone is 45%I, they are called E (at 55%). Now we want a database which records these results, then invites people to test their partners, wives, husbands, girlfriends, etc. Also, we need to ask each partner separately several questions about their relationship, and possible areas of conflict. Then we want to look for statistical significance against the personality types, the strengths of each category and the problems or harmony in their relationships to see if we can learn and discover more about how these personalities interact. This is a RESEARCH project only. If we find (as we suspect) some relevant data, this will lead onto a larger commercial project. This is also funded personally by myself, not by an corporation, business or organisation. I have some screen shots of how it could look, and a flow diagram of how the system can work. I am not sure of the budget. Because this is a personal project at this stage, the cost is low, but I am willing to pay the right price for a competent team.
