Build a Daily Fantasy Sports fundraising site / app for nonprofit

I would like to build a private daily fantasy sports site or app to help our organization raise funds. We are a nonprofit youth organization that has been limited on fundraising by the COVID pandemic. I would like for the site / app to allow for us to run a private daily fantasy sports contest to assist with fundraising. This would start with fantasy football, but may expand to other sports. I would like for users to be able to choose / modify their fantasy team and track performance of their team during the games. I would like to be able to show stats and scoring during the games and have a final standings report. We would plan to collect entry fees for each user entry and make payments to winners each week. For example, a $10 entry fee per user entry and payments for winners of each weekly contest. I would like for the site / app to have the following features: - user accounts - users can choose / modify selections of players for fantasy sports - users and administrator can track statistics, scoring - generate reports with scores, rankings, etc - track finances of entry fees, prizes - integrate with payment platform (or may choose to do this separately) I am open to doing this using an app, but may prefer to initially use a website for ease of access by users. I want to make it so that users can easily create a user account and choose / track their teams and stats. This is not going to be a public site, but will be accessible via public internet. This is going to be used for nonprofit fundraising, so not a public gambling site. I would like to have the job quoted for a deliverable working site, but will probably plan to make modifications and feature additions at a later date.
