We are a small business with a few hundred customers and are looking for a team that can make us a custom CRM software based online that can automate a lot of our paperwork/invoicing/emailing.
To briefly outline whats required:
- we have three stores in sydney, and we need our staff to login and enter hours they have worked and students they have taught (we are a tutoring company)
-the software would then automatically see if the student has paid the invoice, if not then an email will be sent automatically
-we use google forms for customers to fill in their details, if possible it would be good if that can be automatically uploaded into the program so then staff and select the customer and who what they like
-some sort of progress meter for signing up new clients and potential clients
-analytics showing profit/loss/number of customers per week
-able to input business expenses (like rent, electricity etc) so it can generate reports
There are a few more other items as well, but that would be the main points.
I would like to know how much it would cost to build this for us, and then the ongoing monthly maintenance fee (if there is one) in support
