Build an Android App for Surveyors

The Android Survey App (ASApp) supports surveyors in filling out forms from donors for NGOs. Currently, we have a wordpress component based on Ninja Forms that is used to create forms. Wordpress users are surveyors, who enter data into a form for donations. When the ASApp is started, a password needs to be entered. The ASApp password is stored in Wordpress somewhere and updated monthly. Surveyors need the password to open the app. The ASApp on startup must synchronize with the wordpress site. It will: Download the surveyor users Download the list of NGOs Download the list of donors Download the forms Upload any un-uploaded forms Then it shows a list of NGOs to the Surveyor who can then select the NGO. Then is shows a list of forms to the Surveyor. When the Surveyor chooses a form, the app goes into “form filling mode”, meaning that after you click submit the form data is stored and the next empty form is shown, because surveyors need to do a lot of surveys per day. The forms have several formatting checks as defined by Ninja forms. A Dutch postal code for instance is six characters: 4 digits and 2 letters. One special case is the IBAN check. The IBAN check connects to an online API to see if the IBAN actually belongs to the person who’s name was recorded. There is also an email and phone number check in the forms, but these are based on formatting. After the form has been filled out, the customer must check three boxes, the text of which will be defined in the Wordpress as well. Then people must sign a signature with their finger. After this, a Thank You screen is shown (also loaded into the Wordpress).
