Build an android app

We are two friends trying to change the scenario of in-dine experience, looking for someone who can help us in building an android app. In our team, We have also taken one UI/UX designer, who is working on the wireframe of the app and it will be ready in a week or so, we need someone who can just replicate the same thing into the app and build an app.
