Hi there, I would develop the same blog from scratch. A very clean code and a clean and responsive design, just like lovetadka has. You would be getting daily progress updates from me, and could test the app as it's being developed. I assume you will also need an admin dashboard where you can create and manage the articles. Article manager would have a WYSIWYG editor for some basic formatting of the articles. I would be happy to include user register / log in as well, so they could write comments on articles with their account. We can also allow guests to write comments as well, but perhaps request their email address. I could also include Facebook comments. Never worked with diqus but I should be able to do that too. Articles will have tags which you can add while you are creating the article. We can show the most popular tags at the bottom of the page, like on lovedatka. I'm fine with only the initial milestone being released during the development, other two milestones should be funded, but it's ok if you release them once we are done. Regards, Julijan
