Bat and Python Script

Hello. I need a bat script first that install python on a Windows automatically, with no user interaction and installed globally so you can do python command on CMD. Then I need a python script that start this program: [login to view URL] The python script should ping a webpage and the webpage will return a JSON with this format: {ip: [login to view URL]} So should start this command: ./ssf -D 9000 -p 10000 IP_FROM_THE_PAGE The process should be started in background process and should be keep alive. It should ping the IP from the page every 5minutes and if the IP changes, it should stop the process and start again with the new IP.
