Basic PHP code for Google AdWords API

Hi! I'm a programmer myself, but I encounter problems dealing with the Google AdWords API... thus I need a sample code to guide me to complete specific tasks. I need a simple PHP script to import standard reports from the API... and to modify an existing budget. Report name: AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT Report fields: ExternalCustomerId, Date, AccountDescriptiveName, Cost, Clicks, Impressions, Conversions, Ctr, AverageCpm, AverageCpc, AveragePosition, AccountCurrencyCode, Id, DisplayUrl, Url, Headline, Description1, Description2, AdGroupId, CampaignId, Status, CreativeApprovalStatus, Labels, ImageAdUrl Dates: 2015-08-01 to 2015-08-07 Format: XML or CSV, for the project it can be just printed on screen, I'll save it to a database. I also need the code to edit a budget (info from sandbox): Budget ID: 376162712 Associated Campaign ID: 269386352 I want direct PHP code (using cURL, not the SDK).
