Basic HTML updates for our business websites

We have ongoing and usually small website update/development needs. So, we seek an arrangement in which we set up a fund, send you each project description as the need arises, then you give us your bid for that project; we approve, you do the work, the funds are then "drawn down" from the funds bucket until it runs out, and then we can then refill the funds bucket for more work. Most of what needs to be done on our websites is modern HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and some use of mobile frameworks that are Bootstrap 3 and 4 compatible, or are extensions to bootstrap. You will be given access to our development/staging server to perform the work. Initially, we need (1) Minor edits/updates to about 14 existing web pages for seo purposes. We will give you the list of edits. (2) Creation of 21 new pages (total) on a few of our audience-specific sites that will be VERY similar in design and layout to existing pages (virtually copy-paste) on our main [login to view URL] website, but we will assign content edits to fit each of our audience-specific sites, and (3) Creation of about 6 new FAQ pages designed to show the list of questions then reveal the answers when the question is clicked by the site visitor. Because we hope to establish a continuing relationship of work with you, good English language skills are important to us. It is also convenient if you keep work hours similar to U.S. workday hours, but this is not necessary. Please provide your initial bid for all three of these combined into a single bid price.
