-I need an excel spreadsheet , where you can enter doctors patient information,like first and last [url removed, login to view],social security number tellephone number ,male or female and be able to capture permantly and create a file that can be auto accessed and new or lab tests can be uploaded and captured. Also, be able to print a label(s)- When you enter the type of blood labwork needed, it will give you options on a drop down menu to auto select type of lab work along with designated code oer each test, also in seperate tab I will need to find in instruction sheet on how to store(Preserve) each test.
I need another section to complete patiences insurance along with patient file.
In addition, a spreadsheet that displays cash pricing per each test.
There is a Labatory form that needs to be filled on manually and I need that aslo online and integrated and be printable.
I will need this to be campatable with desk tops and lap tops and Ipad.
