[API] Web scrape PHON#NUMBERS into EXCEL

SEE OLD POSTING BELOW: Quick simple project, looking for person with an idea to scrape PHON#NUMBERS from [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] etc. Addresses would be in Excel format - "Street, City, State, ZIP" - which would be used to search for phone numbers by address - one row at a time, automated. I had this worked on about a year ago, worked great - I believe the website has made some changes so the file does not work any longer. If you have different ideas to get these phone numbers quick, let me know. I understand this can be easily done through iMacro as well. Not sure if that would be the most efficient solution.
