The entire web platform will be divided into three main categories:

1. Employers : can see videos of various candidates, ratings by HR managers, and can filter based on various parameters.

2. Employees : can upload their video (can create or upload), upload CV, and other details.

3. Hiring Managers : Can see videos of various candidates, and can rate them on various parameters.

Important Points:

1. Screens are also required (attached sketched screen samples)

2. Employers need to filter out candidates of their own company

3. Ratings and filters to work flawlessly

4. Mobile friendly website

5. Login / Signup

6. Payment integration
