Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) - Custom Form Creation - Coding Required

IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED WITH ACF - PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR THIS PROJECT! I have a website using custom post types and ACF pro for custom fields. I need to build a large form that creates / edits custom post types and collects other information. I have all of the form fields and form groups needed, but I don't know the best way to set this up. This is great project for someone experienced with ACF and custom post types. I estimate this to be 4-6 hours max for the right person. The form will have 9 separate sections and will be either tabbed or use multi-step to keep things neat. What I need: 1. Set up CPT relationships like this: DEALS <=> PACKAGES (PEOPLE can relate to both DEALS and PACKAGES) DEALS <=> ACTIVITIES (bi-directional) 2. Relate specific users to CPTs like this: DEALS <=> PEOPLE (we have 2 sub-groups of users - Buyers and Sellers) 3. Create a display template that shows results in a single row like this: DEAL info + PACKAGE info + ACTIVITY info (in a repeating single line with a loop) 4. I need this single form to both create and update all 3 CPTs - that means you will need to know how to write PHP, how to hook into the plugin, and how to help me set things up so that a given post-type can be created from more than one form.
