Adding Stripe Connect Accounts to Existing Website

Stripe connect accounts for a website that sells gym passes to customers abroad There is a requirement to create a stripe custom account for gyms from the following countries Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States, Italy, Portugal The prices of all gym passes will be displayed in pounds (GBP). The customer will pay in pounds for every pass, this payment will then be split between our stripe account (admin) in GBP, and sent to the Gym stripe connect account in their home currency, for example German gym would be sent the money in Euro. [login to view URL] so it will work like example scenario 1 (USD, USD, Euro - except for here the currency would be GBP for the first 2) When gyms sign up at [login to view URL] we need to be able to allow split payments between our admin fee and their account. This will be integrated with the existing gym sign up page so that when the gym owner enters their name, address etc, they also enter the required payment details (which are different for each country) and upon clicking ‘register gym’, The country the gym has selected will create a different account info fields to input so if a gym is from UK their account info field will be: account number and sort code The a stripe custom account is created for them as well as the gym listing on the main site. This stripe custom account will api into the gym owners admin panel, allowing them to view their available balance, recent transactions, scheduled payouts etc. From our admin panel, we should able to see the stripe custom accounts registered and their balances, edit bank account/contact details for the custom accounts, schedule any payouts, (and view our overall balance and any transactions on our stripe account (including connect fees)). We can edit the payout schedule but we will automatically set it to last day of the month to be paid out to the gyms bank accounts The addition of these stripe features should not affect any of the existing functionality of the site, meaning if it causes any issues or stops functionality of existing code, this will need to be fixed free of charge. It should also seamlessly integrate with the existing site, so that the gym owner can access both their stripe account and their gym listing/transaction history etc from their gym admin page, rather than having two separate pages. Final payment will be released upon a full test of the websites functionality for every country on the list. Once a customer has purchased a pass from that gym, this should show up in the gyms ‘passes’ tab, their ‘transaction history’ tab, and the gyms balance should update with the value of the pass (which is the pass cost minus the admin percentage). For payment to be released, we will also need to be able to test that this links in with the admin stripe account perfectly (ie this balance updates at the same time once the payment is made and split between the two parties) and that payment schedules can be amended. So if a pass is purchased, the server code will work out how much admin fee we take from their pass cost. So if they are on a 10% and the pass costs £15, the gym will get 13.50 to the gyms stripe custom account and the remaining £1.50 will be split between the stripe admin fee(1.4% +20p) 41p to stripe and the remaining £1.09p will go into the global gym pass admin account An email will be generated and sent to the gyms with their monthly transactions and how much will be paid out and to where.
