I've a classified website, in which I want to remove some of the features, Want the developer to disable them so that we can use them in future.

some of the features [Like MAP] can be done by not imputing the data. So, it's quite simple.

If you know how a tpl file calling from php, you will be able to do it within couple of hours.

My Budget is INR 1500 - INR 2000 including everything.
