i need a php script that will have the following modules 1. Send sms to numbers from a databse that the date of those numbers will be eual to the system date i.e Today using cron jobs i will set the cron jobs myself ( I have the sms API u can use rest or soap API ) 2. A Module to upload csv files to mysql database table (Optional editing function) 3. a screen that will view the sent items (to pull report for each item as well from API every message will have an externalID so that it will be easy to pull a delivery report) I am not expecting it to be over $50 unless otherwise

Hi, I am interested in this project and would like to discuss over chat, but I will let you know that I cannot do it for $50. It will likely take several hours to complete, and that could mean below minimum wage at that budget. My price is at or below the industry standard but certainly not at $50. If you want someone who works hard to go beyond the expectations of his clients and is highly qualified, then my minimum price is $250. I hope that we can come to some agreement. I have also done some work with various APIs, as well as with Rest and Soap. For example, I wrote a script before in the past that worked with the Google Maps API to place markers on a map that shows where a singer/songwriter's fans are located.
