-Allows users to login to site to receive content only available to registered users; current plan is to allow all content to be visible to these users while only public content is visible to any site visitor
-Registered users have a modifiable profile
-Profile is used to fill out Salesforce web to lead form (done via php curl call or equivalent)
To be more specific, the registration process and modifiable profile would include:
-Confirmation email needed for registration to continue
-Reset/forgot password
-Communication preferences (default allow emails and mailing lists; no emails as another option)
