Write API script to trade cryptocurrency automatically

I would like to trade cryptocurrency automatically on major exchanges such as Binance, Bitfinex, Huobi with API script. The script can place sell order automatically at predefined % or amount on its buying price, and place buy order automatically at predefined % or amount on its selling price. For example, I have 1ETH on hand, presume current price is $600 and trading fees are 1%, I set 5% as predefined %. The script shall place a sell order automatically at $630 (600*1.05); if the order fulfilled, my account shall have balance of $624 (deducting 1% trading fees), the script shall be able to place a buying order at price 630*(1-5%)=598.5 with amount 624/598.5=1.04 ETH.
