Integrate Shipping API / Create Plugin for Shipping split orders to through Woocommerce Vendors

I need to customise / modify / recode this local shipping's plugin so that it can accept the multiple addresses from the orders that come from the Woocommerce store that setup for different vendors.
Please look at the plugin carefully, do not bid if you don't know how you'll modify it.

The plugin needs to:
1. Use the multiple addresses (Vendor & Customer) and the product LxWxH to quote for shipping on the checkout page.
Product 1 /Vendor 1 / Address 1 delivery to Customer Address = $
Product 2 /Vendor 2 / Address 2 delivery cost to Customer Address = $
Total Shipping = $
Shows live quote.
2. Needs to use different vendor addresses as the collection address in the backend when order is placed.
Product 1 ships from Vendor 1 address to customer address
Product 2 ships from Vendor 2 address to customer address.
3. Each order needs to be sent through Aramex as a separate delivery order / request.
