Updated: I see that you're using learndash to handle the LMS functions. Not a problem, I've used it as well as Sensei, WP courseware & a few others. I'm pretty familiar with Paid Memberships Pro. I've built out a few membership sites with the plugin. It can be a bit of a pain for most clients to manage, as you're generally going to have to custom code any extended functionality using the PMPro hooks they provide. So if you're not familiar with PHP, day to day maintenance becomes a problem. Normally I recommend Membermouse to clients to handle their membership functionality. It's a bit more administrator & enduser friendly if you're not proficient at writing/editing PHP. Off the top of my head, I think something like Idevaffiliate would work to handle your affiliate progam. When it comes to the 40% split based on clicks, I think the easiest way to do it is set a fixed CPC rate (cost per click) that amounts to 40% of each subscription fee. Then set a custom check to only pass through the commission if the click results in a conversion.
