Develop a Telegram Bot for broadcasting

Here's the telegram bot api [login to view URL] The flowchart - [login to view URL] Below are explanation of the project, Basically what i need is: 1) Telegram bot to extract the information and broadcast to the group 2) We can assign how the bot will broadcast the information. Eg. the bot will broadcast the information from website A whenever the sites update their information(FORMAT WILL BE GIVEN OF WHAT TO DISPLAY). And if during a certain time if there's no information available from website A, the Bot will then take from DUMMY(YOU WILL NEED TO DO THIS) Site or information to broadcast the information out(this information will be set at our end). How long delay time from website A before posting Dummy Site information will be set by me. You will need to show me sample of bots you have done before. I only work with who have good rating and also experience with telegram bot. If you have no experience but have good rating, do show me a simple sample first. IMPORTANT: I wont be explaining how telegram bot works, if you ask me how it works during half way of the discussion i will ignore you immediately. Thank you and good luck
