Develop A Simple Plugin In 2 Hours

i want to create a plugin where i can give permission to individual users like i open the plugin i search for the users then select user give him/her permission for posts or page like i just need to tick or untick the pages or posts in the website if i tick the pages they will be able to view those pages or posts otherwise those pages will be hidden from that user
