Design and develop a single 30 second autorefreshing HTML/CSS/PHP (CodeIgniter) dashboard web page

I already have a functional HTML/CSS/PHP (CodeIgniter) login which brings all json formatted data records and attributes. Now I need someone experienced enough in order to build a single dashboard page with some controls in it to display this data. IMPORTANT: this new page must refresh itself every 30 to 45 seconds, so this professional must be an experienced web designer and developer, but also be able and experienced to manage page resouces in such a way that this page does not become irresponsive when data is being fetched from the web service. As for the feel, this page should behave somewhat like MS Azure user's portal ([login to view URL] after the login) with that sliding left pane, and data to the right. Besides the data controls to display these records, there must also be a combo box-like control with descriptions of predefined periods ("Today's records", "Yesterday's records", "This week's records", ..., and "Personalize"), and whenever the user changes this period then the web service method must be called with the new period ID and the controls must be refreshed with this new data. So, to wrap it up, this developer must be able to design and program according to these specs. Please, don't apply if you can't do it now or you have other restrictions, including leaving for religious festivals or any other event. I can provide the call to the web service in order for you to evaluate the data and the login page source code. This is a one week task, tops, but there's huge possibility of new recurrent tasks (for instance, a Facebook login).
