Deploy Web Application

I have previous experience setting up LAMP stack servers as a developer. The previous job I took on freelancer.com was to install and configure a Linode Ubuntu 14.04 instance with a LAMP stack and Magento. I have extensive PHP experience so installing the latest PHP and upgrading your Beta app to it should be no problem at all. I consider security to be of the utmost importance and will never configure a server with anything other than SSH/SFTP for admin purposes. I am U.S. based (Seattle, WA) and have excellent communication skills. We can communicate over Freelancer, Phone or Skype as you require. Hello. Can I choose which linux distribution to install on your VPS or you have a preference? If so, which one do you want to use? I ask this because though I use linux since 1994, I haven't used any Redhat-based distro for several years now and I'm rusty. Do you recall which PHP version was your software running before it was taken down? I can help you with this, but since the project includes making the system to work with new PHP version, I cannot assess the amount of work until I analyze the project. Knowing which version of PHP was used before is of vital importance to accelerate the analysis of the source code and prepare a migration path. I'm giving you a quote for weekly part time job.
