Data sync php script for Parse and Firebase -- 2

Need php expert who can create a php script that sync data from a provided json source to both Parse and Firebase database using their REST API. This script will be run on our end on daily basis. This script should also create transaction log on each run, listing what record was add/update/delete. Transaction log is an object/table in Parse and Firebase.
