The quote includes going through you csv file (export from excel as csv), then making checks whether email field is in email format (@domain, no illegal charexters, etc). Script woykd produce the same csv format, but with extta column 'valid' yes/no. if you want to actually check whether the email is live and emails can reach it, then we will need to use one of the paid services api (quote will be 180$ then). we should discuss it furtger in details then

Dear Sir, I have over 15 years experience in IT and have worked on similar projects. I have to take some assumptions here. Your leads (emails) may be stored in a database or an excel sheet. which is fine any ways. By cleaning you mean that we check if the format of the email is valid as in it has the correct parts; name at domain.com. Additionally we can submit each email to a third party verification service and store the result. These services will charge a small fee for each email verified.
