Customize submenu from WP-Template + Language switcher WPML

Hello, I am new to this site, but i have a great experience working with WordPress. Not to waste your time, the only thing that needs to be done to customize the sub-menu the way you want is a single line edit of your theme appropriate js file, that will change the 'on click' mechanics to the 'on hover' and a little edit of your [login to view URL] file for smooth animation of a sub-menu dropdown. For the language switcher changes need to be made only in [login to view URL] It will take me just a couple of hours to make those changes and document you a note about my commit for the reason you noticed.
