Custom Product Configurator

I need a product quoting system for manufacturing operation, I want the sales people to be able to enter Length Width Which the resulting Length X Width Total would determine the price per foot, depending on: Style Material Brand Material Type Options that have varying quantities at a fixed price, for example 2 units of option A, and 3 units of option B price of option changes depending on Material Brand After all the data is entered I would want the system to display the total Retail price, and the programed discounted price for every possible Style, Material Brands and Material Types. I need to be able to easily update the pricing tables in case of future price changes, change the discount rates, add brands, and styles, etc.. There will be different discount rates dependent on total item costs, and dependent on Material Brand For example if total retail price for Material Brand / Type A is $100, then discount is 25%, but if Material Brand B / Type A is $100, then discount might be 30%, so the discount will change both based on Material Brand and Total price. Data used in the program would be as following example, there would be 3 different Styles, First Style is selected, then dimensions entered, then based on square footage If square footage range is 100 to 200 square feet, price per square foot is: $1.00 For Material Brand A, Type A $1.10 For material Brand A, Type B $1.20 For Material Brand A, Type C $1.05 For Material Brand B, Type A $1.15 For material Brand B, Type B $1.25 For Material Brand B, Type C Then options are added, which also are different cost based on Material Brand Material Brand A, Option 1, may be $10 per unit Material Brand B, Option 1, may be $12 per unit User will be able to enter number of each option. This can be done in any other program that would run on windows computer. Being able to run in any internet browser would be a plus so sales people can also use on a Android tablet for example.
