Custom Joomla Survey Form

I will create a custom component for this requirement. You can easily manage the form data for each record from Joomla admin panel also. When you will fill the form and submit the form all t=data will goes store also in DB and emailed to a particular email address. I will also make this email address dynamic so the administrator of the website can change this email address from the Joomla back end admin panel. HI I am individual and not a company. hi can create your form in few hours with result email to the specified address also it will be saved in website data base and admin can view all the submitted form data and even can add new fields thanks
