Custom Ecommerce, based on Yii framework

I need a Custom Ecommerce build website, based on Yii framework with the following requirements:
• Interface: HTML5/PHP5 with bootsrap 3
• Framework: PHP custom MVC coding based YII framework
• Scripting: XHTML, CSS, JQuery, AJAX, JavaScript
• Compatibility Browser for all major browsers
• Languages: Developed by default with English language. Multilingual Feature must be integrated on the system files with automatic one click translation via Google API.
• W3 Markup validation is a must (validate before applying coddings: [login to view URL])
• HTML5 Admin end will be provided for integration
• You must create 4 PSD to HTML pages: Product, serch/browse/, blank page, checkout (I will provide mockups)
*** Timeframe 2-3 weeks max. Milestone will be released upon full completion. Lowest bid gets the work.
