Create wordpress plugin of my script and add feature to my script

I want to add the following: Add google capatcha2 with submit button. Make plugin wordpress (I need this plugin to alow me to add this service on any page). Add limited for testing (allow by one click to test just 75 lines). Get state of lines immediatly (if i test 5 lines on my current script it is going good but if i test 100 lines, i'm waiting a lot to get state so i need to get state immediatly. Add button of publish to grean lines to share on daily page "free lines date" with category "free lines". Enable me to control the number of limit of lines and and name of "free lines date" and name of category.
