Create a wordpress platform

There are some main features that needs to be taken into consideration before accepting on taking the project, also some conditions will apply, so please read carefully and make sure that you can stick to every point or else there will be no further discussions.
- Its a platform of 2 users group, each group will have different dashboard with a bit different features.
- There will be a shop, where one group can buy credits and those credits can be used to lift restrictions or to buy VIP Memberships.
- There will be a group posting jobs, while other group applying for it in the section.
- There will be Calendar, where a group post an event while the other one can apply.
- There will be a profile for each user that he will fill after sign up.
I have the platform designed in (AI) illustrator files.
Those are the basic features as most of it is simple listing.
Conditions:
* Work will be on our servers.
* No advanced payment.
* Can create milestones.
* Prefer working with one dedicated developer rather than working with a full team.
* Developer needs to stick to the timeline provided before the project starts and any missed timeline will lead to milestone cancellation.
