Create website for online language lesson posting marketplace

I would like to make the market place that teacher could post their language lesson.
In this website teacher is able to post their online lesson with customized field. For example if teacher would like to have 1 on 1 lesson with the available date.
<Brief process of service>
Registration as Teacher to post the lesson.
Teacher goes to the posting page to post their services.
Then student is able to see the posted class to chose it.
Once student decided to book the class they will make the payment through the site to confirm the booking.
After the booking made teacher receive the booking notice to their page.
If the schedule it ok teacher confirm the booking.
Student receive the booking confimation in their message box.
Before class Teacher and student exchange their skype or other service where the lesson is provided.
Once the lesson time finished student needs to confirm the lesson is successfully finished.
if the lesson is confirmed by the student the payment will be delivered to the teacher.

Payment function (Pay by credit card or Paypal API)

Scheduling function
Custamized post page ( lesson posting page)

Function to send the noticifaction to student and teacher to their email address.
