Create watchlist and alerts for wordpress (we have financial (stocks-related) websites)

You must have skills in all these 3 areas: PHP, Wordpress, MYsql We need someone to create some code for us in php, so we can control and setup Watchlists with stocks for every user we have, as well as custom alerts. For for Watchlist: When user go to a specific page: [login to view URL] .... this is where you must create code, the user must have option to Create a custom watchlist. There must be a button to do so. The user must be able to choose the Stock ticker's for the watchlist - we have already made Stock ticker's list we will provide you. Once the user choose, and click Submit to create the watchlist, we must receive the information in (secret URL) on the website, for example: user ID,e-mail,Ticker1,Ticker2,TIcker3 .... depending on the tickers the client have choosen. On the watchlist page, we must also put a special code for displaying a table with user ID + extra code. for example - we use Wpdatatables so to display chart we use shorcode: [wpdatatables = xxxx]. We must make every user to see in the watchlist, his specific shortcode; [wpdatatables = userID+734193]. We ,will create then on our own the tables with the tickers, depending on the userID. For the Custom alerts: Users must be able to choose stock tickers, in the same way for watchlists, but on a separate secret URL, we must see the e-mail,user ID, and tickers for the clients which want custom alerts. We will then on our crawl the url and send emails when there is an event. You understand that we might have missed something but we will count it included in your offer price. We won't deviate from the tasks to create: custom watchlist and custom alerts. Its all PHP and Wordpress. You must have Perfect English skills, so we can communicate all this.
