Create a very basic peer to peer network.

I am looking for someone to build a very basic, very efficient peer to peer file-sharing application. It should be able to transfer any file type over the internet and should allow for multiple 'seeders' to send the file to a downloader based on a request from the downloader. (similar to how torrents work) The download request should be sent to a basic piece of software that will connect the 'seeders' and the downloader. Please use the word 'sock' in the first line of your response to show that you have read this message. The UI should be a bare minimum for seeders/downloaders and the basic management software in the middle as this is only a prototype that will be expanded later. Much more work will be offered on the completion of a successful prototype.
